Cannabis seeds purchased more than 30 days prior are not eligible for the Kitseed.com Germination Promise. The seeds replacement program within the Germination Guarantee is a one-time offer and cannot be applied to the same order more than once.
In order to submit a guarantee claim process, we will require photo documentation to proceed with a replacement request. Without proper photo documentation, we reserve the right to deny your claim.

Failed seeds are only valid for replacement if the seed remained closed and did not develop a taproot.
In order to submit a valid claim for evaluation, We are not able to assist customers if any of the following requirements are not met.
1. Followed the enclosed germination guide exactly.
2. Provide photo documentation as proof.
3. The allotted time for germination (two weeks / 14 days from time of delivery) has elapsed.
